I think that servers are slower sometimes for reasons I can not tell you but normally the only time I get slow responses to clicks and page loads is having too Chrome is fundamentally broken because of how much resources it uses. I am Anti-Chrome.

However, I do it more often as a way to know which sites are ran by "d-bags". Check your add/remove programs under control panel, and chromes addons (however they work).
