- Chrome will be using at minimum twice as much resources to accomplish the same freaking thing.

I've got rid of cookies, temp files etc, but that are taking a long time to laod up - its unbelievable. Not something to contemplate lightly. Slow Chrome To disable it... Google Search Slow Turn off all but the essential ones.
Chrome does load pages slightly faster than Firefox does, I don't deny that. weblink Although as an ad supported website I guess readers would have to take it with a grain of salt.
