Patricia Deuel Tried this reset thing, and presto it worked. Once done you can re-install. In my case it is IPSEng32.dll which is part of Norton anti-virus. I have also deleted Ver11 and re-downloaded IE from as far back as 8 and moved back up to Ver 11.
