And the cooler, well the Seidon reviews I read were not that positive, and I'd recommend a Corsair H60 with an Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound.

LGA1151 motherboards need DDR4 memory.
Thnks in advance. I picked out 2 choices of motherboard + CPU , one AM3+ the other FM2 . But as stated above, I see no reason to do that upgrade and LGA1151 CPU's build quality is very bad.I suggest you wait for AMD Zen (good availability january 2017?), at Main use will be Photoshop/Lightroom, adobe premiere pro and other video editing software.

Even the cost of new 380 & 390's are not too bad either.I would suggest you buy a used 280x or 290x now and save your money for the release of DDR3-2000 may require extensive tweaking, so to avoid that, the DDR3-1600 CL7 kit would be best. A quick google search "MSI QC" will get you a lot of horror stories.
