I've had varying success ridding it from the uninstall control panel one time and not being able to eliminate it at all now. I would download that first, then make sure the video drivers are up to date before installing. I download the trial version of "tune up" program. Thanks!!

Strange situation was that Windows Media Player 11 and Real Player also are broken.
