More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules. What this will do is format your USB drive, make it a bootable device, and then install the necessary files. mainly bluscreens on downloading or being more interactive with the computer... This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. I know i have outdated drivers for my motherboard but have trouble figuring out which ones to pick...
