My computer has a virus and as a Diploma Architecture student with only weeks to go until my final hand in, I am close to having a panic attack. General Support SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and other BSODDear all, I am trying to identify which drivers are causing these crashes. I hope you can pinpoint the cause of your issue. This computer in general has been very clean as I use it to work so I don't install much on it, and it's a relatively new install too. I ended up using the command 'bootrec.exe /fixMbr from command line and everything is back to normal. By the way, what is the make and model of your mouse? I did so, and it keeps telling me that it isn't able to complete, or it bluescreens before the scan can finish.

Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. If you're getting a BSOD right when you open a program, that might actually be faulty RAM.
