Simple, easy, not a M$ fanboy but lovin this! It's effectiveness was like that of trying to get rid of a fungus by plucking its mushrooms; the extensions were just a surface issue. I have since downloaded and installed it, scanned my system twice, and it seems to be both minimalistic and protective.
